



quick sunday brunch:
eggs (number depending on the number of people)/huevos (cantidad depende del número de comensales)
slices of serrano ham/ jamón serrano
cheese / queso slices of serrano ham/ jamón serrano

precalendar el horno 200oCen un molde de magdalenas hacer ‘nidos’ con el jamón intentando no dejar huecos. poner un huevo en cada nido y salpimentar.
poner en el horno durante 15 mins o hasta que los huevos estén al punto. añadir un poco de queso y servir inmediatamente.
perfectos acompañados de ensalada y tostadas. disfrutad!
preheat oven to 200oC
create little 'nests' for the eggs by placing some serrano ham into un-greased muffin tin.
crack a large egg in the little nests, season with fresh ground pepper. place in the oven for 15 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked. add a bit of grated cheese on top and serve immediately.
perfect with abit of salad and toasts. enjoy!
